Pilgrim's vision is to restore hope, dignity and love to those in Uganda and throughout Africa who are in need, affected by war, poverty or disaster; through provision of spiritual, material, social, and economic support in an integrated multi-sectored intervention, demonstrating the hope and love found in Christ Jesus that generates wholeness, creativity and dignity.

Pilgrim was established May 2001. Its headquarters is in Kampala Uganda, with a branch office in Seattle USA and a field office in Soroti, Uganda. Pilgrim also has affiliate offices in Lukasa, Zambia, Harare, Zimbabwe and South Africa.

Pilgrim has 100 permanent employees and manages around 100 volunteers. Our work reaches more than 500,000 households through a broad spectrum of community programs in north and eastern Uganda.
