All donations are tax deductible and are used directly for the purchase of farms and for the care of those affected by the AIDS crisis. There are several ways you can donate to Agathos.

Other Ways to Donate

There are many other ways to donate funds to Agathos Foundation that are often overlooked. Donations can be made to us through trust accounts, retirement accounts, life insurance, wills and appreciated investments.

An appreciated investment is one that has grown in value over time well beyond ones initial investment. It may include real estate, stocks & bonds or other investments, the sale of which would cause capital gain taxes. Consider donating part or the entire asset to the Agathos Foundation. Agathos benefits and you either reduce or entirely avoid the capital gains tax. Your cost of the gift is the price of the original investment; Agathos receives the full market value of the asset.
